Loan Documentation

We regularly document commercial lending and leasing transactions for financial service providers. These include construction loans for major condominiums, office buildings and subdivisions in Oregon and Washington, in addition to corporate lines of credit.

Business Entities

We assist institutions with the review and drafting of all forms of contracts, leases and corporate documentation. We also advise clients regarding executive compensation, retirement plans, stock option programs and deferred compensation systems.

Bankruptcy & Commercial Collections

Our firm represents commercial creditors in commercial litigation and collection matters, workouts, business insolvencies, liquidations, assignments for the benefit of credits, reorganizations and bankruptcy matters. We evaluate debtors' restructuring proposals, analyze creditors' options and rights, and advise our clients on strategies to collect their indebtedness in the most cost-efficient manner. We are involved in every phase of a bankruptcy case from pre­bankruptcy planning and workouts through the confirmation of bankruptcy plans of reorganization, including cash collateral, relief from stay and exceptions to discharge hearings. We regularly represent commercial lenders, equipment lessors and creditors in actions to enforce and collect loans, equipment leases and contract claims.
