Stanton F. Long combines his substantial background in finance and insurance with his skills as a commercial litigator in advising business clients throughout the country. Stan has been instrumental in the passage of workers' compensation reform in Oregon and other states. After holding several executive positions with AIG, Stan most recently served Travelers Property Casualty Company as the company's Vice Chairman, as well as chair of the Claims Department and chair of Constitution State Service Company. In addition to his law practice, Stan consults with businesses on organizational development. A partner or shareholder in the law firm since 1972, Stan's background also includes service as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Oregon, and Director of the Oregon Department of Commerce. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Willamette University College of Law. Stan has received an AV® rating by the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory.
