Pete Simons is an associate with the firm’s Litigation Department. Pete formerly served as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, where he was a member of the firm’s National Security & Foreign Trade Regulation and Financial Services practice areas.
Pete has experience advising and counseling clients on navigating various state and federal law obstacles facing their businesses and with pursing litigation without losing sight of business goals and strategies. He takes pride and satisfaction in staying focused on helping his clients achieve their business objectives while working to solve their legal problems.
Pete is admitted to practice in Oregon and Massachusetts.
Pete earned his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2004. He earned a BA, summa cum laude, in Political Science, with a minor in Environmental Studies, from Boston College, where he also served as the captain of the cross country team.
