Joshua P. Stump has been practicing law in Oregon since 1997 and focuses his practice on matters involving complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on business/contract and product liability litigation. Josh also has experience in intellectual property, asbestos and other mass tort litigation, administrative law, municipal, civil rights and employment litigation and appeals.

Memberships/Affiliations

Josh is a member of the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section, as well as the Multnomah Bar Association. Josh is also a member of the American Bar Association and serves as a Vice-Chair for the ABA "TiPS" Product Liability section. He is admitted to practice in the Oregon State Courts and the United States District Court, District of Oregon.

Education

Josh received his JD from the College of William and Mary School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University.
