Jill Bruce's practice emphasizes public law and real estate law. She has provided general counsel advice to government agencies in Oregon and Washington, and special counsel advice to a number of public entities, including cities, urban renewal agencies, port districts, ambulance authorities, school districts and housing authorities. She has regularly represented intergovernmental entities, as well as private partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations on affordable housing and other real estate, public contracting and finance matters.

Memberships/Affiliations

Jill is admitted to the Oregon, Washington and California State Bars. She is also a member of the Multnomah Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Oregon City Attorneys Association, the Association of Oregon Redevelopment Agencies, and the Housing and Development Law Institute.

Education

Jill received her JD from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1985. She earned her BA degree from Lewis and Clark College in 1981.

Jill has conducted a number of seminars and published articles relating to government law, public/private redevelopment projects and affordable housing.
