| For printer friendly version, click icon. Glenn Klein manages the firm's environmental and land use practice and specializes in those areas. After clerking for a federal judge, Glenn served as an Honors Attorney and then Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice. He currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Eugene and as general counsel for the Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority. He is a past-Chair of the Environmental/Land Use Section of the Lane County Bar Association, and past president of the Oregon City Attorneys Association. Memberships/Affiliations Glenn is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for Municipal Law and Administrative Law. He was also selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer for Environmental Law in Oregon Super Lawyers magazine in November 2006, 2007 and 2008. He has received an AV® rating by the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar and is a member of the American Bar Association, the International Municipal Lawyers Association, the Lane County Bar Association and the Oregon City Attorneys Association. Glenn has been appointed to the Law-Sustainability Study Task Force as a representative from the Oregon State Bar Environmental and Natural Resource section. Glenn also speaks regularly on matters pertaining to Measure 37. Education A graduate of the University of Oregon School of Law, Glenn completed programs in environmental and natural resources law, and ocean and coastal law. He also obtained masters and bachelor degrees from environmental policy and environmental science programs.
