Frank Moscato is an experienced litigation attorney whose practice emphasizes professional negligence defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation and industrial and employment claims. He has regularly been recognized as among the The Best Lawyers in America® in Professional Malpractice Defense, and was selected as Best Lawyers® Portland, Oregon Lawyer of the Year for 2011 in Professional Malpractice Law.

Frank is an accomplished speaker and has made over fifty presentations to state bar and other legal and professional societies on topics that include trial techniques, jury selection, the presentation of expert testimony, jurisprudence and ethics. Since 1994, he has been a member of the U.S. Arbitration and Mediation Panel.

Frank is listed in The Best Lawyers in America® and Portland's Top Lawyers in the field of Professional Malpractice Law, and was named Best Lawyers® Portland, Oregon Lawyer of the Year for 2011 in Professional Malpractice Law. He is admitted to the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association. He is also a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Defense Research Institute, and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel as well as the American and Federal Bar Associations. Frank has received an AV® Preeminent™ rating by the Martindale-Hubbell National Law Directory for the past 25 years. He was selected as an Oregon Super Lawyer® in Oregon Super Lawyers® magazine in November 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010.

Education

Frank received his J.D. from the Willamette University College of Law. He also holds a B.S. degree in Sociology from Portland State University.
