Randy's practice emphasizes business, real estate, corporate, LLC, and estate planning matters for closely held businesses and their owners, together with complex commercial and business litigation. His practice includes representation of manufacturing, health care, retail, and real estate interests.
Memberships/Affiliations
In 2006, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Randy as a Super Lawyer for Closely Held Businesses. Randy is admitted to the Oregon, Washington and California State Bars, as well as the U.S. District Court of the District of Oregon, The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. Tax Court.
Randy has served as voluntary counsel for the Oregon State Bar in OSB Disciplinary proceedings, a director of the Multnomah Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, and was a Master of the Gus J. Solomon Chapter of the American Inns of Court. He is also involved with the Oregon Business Association and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum. Randy is active in a variety of marine interests and has served as Judge Advocate to Portland Yacht Club.
Education
Randy received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1983. He earned his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1980.
