Joshua P. Stump has been practicing law since 1997 and focuses his practice on matters involving complex business litigation, with a particular emphasis on business/contract, employment and product liability litigation. Josh also has experience in intellectual property, asbestos and other mass tort litigation, administrative law, municipal, civil rights and appeals.

Josh is admitted to practice in the Oregon and Washington State Courts and the United States District Court, District of Oregon. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Litigation Section, Washington State Bar Litigation Section, Multnomah Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Josh is also a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.

Education

Josh received his JD from the College of William and Mary School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University.
