Frank A. Moscato is an experienced litigation attorney whose practice emphasizes professional negligence defense, insurance defense, commercial litigation and industrial and employment claims. He is an accomplished speaker and has made over fifty presentations to state bar and other legal and professional societies on topics that include trial techniques, jury selection, the presentation of expert testimony, jurisprudence and ethics. Since 1994, he has been a member of the U.S. Arbitration and Mediation Panel.

He is admitted to the Oregon and Washington State Bars and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association. Frank received his JD from the Willamette University College of Law. He also holds a BS degree in Sociology from Portland State University.
