James
P. Harrang founded the firm 47 years ago and continues to serve as Chairman
of the Board, and is fully active in the firm’s
business and estate planning practice. Jim is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
Stanton F. Long joined the firm in 1968. He served as Oregon’s
Deputy Attorney General; as Director of the Oregon Department of
Commerce; as President of SAIF Corporation, Oregon’s state-owned
workers’ compensation carrier; as President of American International
Group’s Worldwide Claims Division; and as Vice-Chairman of
the Board of Travelers Property and Casualty Company.
William F. Gary has been president of the firm since 1990. He specializes
in trial and appellate law and has appeared in more than 1,400 appeals.
Bill has argued more than 200 cases in the Oregon Supreme Court,
the Oregon Court of Appeals, federal appellate courts, including the United
States Supreme Court. Bill served as Oregon’s Solicitor
General and Deputy Attorney General. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America.
Sharon A. Rudnick began her
practice with the firm in 1983. She specializes in litigation and appellate law. Sharon became
the first named woman shareholder in the firm's history when the firm was reorganized in 1994
as Harrang Long Gary Rudnick P.C. |
